I might be getting rid of my Jetta 1.8T and be getting a newer car. Before you ask, of course it will be Volkswagen. Why wouldn’t I? Anyway I was wondering around the local dealers lot just to scope out any deals and what not. I did see a lot of Mk5 Jettas there which I am not really interested in but they had a few GTI’s (all automatic) and two Passat 2.0T Wagons. Now here is the hard part, which one do I look into? Besides the other two, I am also thinking a Mk4 TDI in Jetta or Golf form or a new Mk6 Golf TDI. Ill let you know what I decide when I get the chance.

Hello again. Its been a while since I posted on my Blog. Nothing really new has been happening lately. Tomorrow I should be getting a new set of H&R race springs from ECSTuning to try to balance my car out just a bit. Now let’s see when I actually get them installed.

I have been busy since I bought myself an XBox 360 about a month ago. I love it so much already. Never got around to setting netflix back up again so I can use the application on the 360 to stream movies. If your ever online give me a shout out. My gamertag is “ihavenoideax2″.

So I finally got the money to get my Unitronic Stage 1+ flash to get my car to pass inspection which it did on the first try. The car overall feels like its a new car with a bad transmission. This is because it is an automatic. But besides that it is crazy powerful now. In the rain, it would just freak out because the wheels would want to slip because of the huge amount of torque it now makes.

Next because of this trans issue, I am searching for a replacment trans for the car but in doing that, it will become a manual transmission. So far I have found one on ebay for $500 but I don’t have the money for that currently. I will have to go to junkyards soon to find a sutable swap.

I no longer have the license plate “AGTBANKS”. I could no longer afford the new NYS registration price hike. I did keep one of them just because but you won’t see it anymore in pictures of the car.

It comes with a 33 record with the musical score, a CD with the same thing as the record, three art deco style posters with places in rapture, a 160 something page book with concept art for the game in it and the game at the bottom. As is I already ripped the audio off the album.

Just tonight I bid on a few euro license plates to add to my collection. I found a Ireland (IRL), Austria (A), and a rare one Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) on ebay tonight which I bid on. Good for my PayPal Buyer Credit for this. I will soon post the details after I win them. If you didn’t know I collect license plates, check this page out. This shows my current collection and the ones I want to complete it.

I finally got my interior LED set for my car in last week. Makes a huge difference now inside. The only issue I have with them, which 42DD states is normal, is that the two dome lights are still lit while the lights are off. I don’t know about them but that should not be normal but whatever. Ill get used to it.

Also, I have been toying with the site again. So far little tweaks here and there. Have to still add some CSS code for this part of the site for how it works with images. The major change I made was the links. I had them such a close color to black with no underline, you could hardly see them. So I added the underline for most links but not all. Also I am still in the process of getting my SSL cert working though the entire /wordpress/wp-admin directory with no avail. That’s it for now.

What started as “Let me test my summer wheels to see if they will or will not rub since the car is lowered” turned in to “Dam, that looks hot! I think I’ll just keep them on”. Ill show you what I mean.

You can’t say it doesn’t look good. I mean I like love my BBS wheels but the Euro R32 reps are just so perfect for it. Now I need to sort out the reverse rake it has. I plan on getting my front fenders rolled than cutting a coil or two off the front struts. Who knows when that will happen but that’s the plan.

After hating OptOnline for the longest time since they capped me for a yearish, they are really shining performance wise. I am spiking at 18Mbps download now and its making me happy. Downloads are awesome fast now but the only thing that slacks still is the Upload. Here is a screen shop from my router showing it.

Found this searching for color codes and came across this. It’s a mouse pad that has all the basic web color hex codes. It is quite cheap too for only $15. I plan on getting it soon but we will see.
