Something new for me to work on. Yesterday I went to Borders and bought a few books. Well I am hoping that you can figure it out using the title of this post.

So, to start the story about how I ended up with the books, last night me, Biggs, Forty, Nicole and her sister Kristin all went to The Witches Brew. That is an awesome NY coffee house in West Hempstead that I would recommend to anyone. Well on my way there I happened to read a few lines on UrbanDictionary only to laugh my ass off with some of the definitions so I see on the website that they have a book for it. So while I was at Borders, I found them and two other books for web page scripting and well, bought them. Nothing unusual for me. My advice is to definitely go out and pick them up. I brought them into the Witches Brew last night and well, lets just say I did not get the chance to deflower them.

Also just to let you know, I have been working on a post for the last few days so its not like I am not trying to post anything. Its just taking me quite a bit of time to actually post since how busy I have been. Till then, which should be soon, check out that book. You will LMFO fo’ Shizzle

Some names have been changed

Somehow this started months back but its the never ending joke. It all started with my co-worker, lets say Steve, out of nowhere made up this whole elaborate story how I am a child rapist. He says that I raped a boy named Harry Balsanya and a lot more stuff but I don’t want to get that far into it. This got onto my Blog because he ended up asking me if I was. Well here it is. This has been about four months and everyday I get this.

Saturday night I went out with some of my small group of friends to a bowling ally to play pool. I still don’t understand why we would go there to play pool. I would rather be bowling. While we where there, some random drunk guy was at our table for most of the evening hovering and adding his own two sense. It really bothered most of us. I really don’t know how long we where there that night. We finally left around 1:30ish AM. Of course all of my friends where hungry and had to go get something to eat. I mean it’s not like I was not. I did not eat since like 12ish PM and needed food to keep moving.

So here comes the interesting part.

They all piled into 40gigs Jetta and I got into my own by myself and headed off to find some place that was open to serve food. That turned out to be a diner. I don’t remember the name of it off hand but it was off of rt25. 40′s girlfriend, Nicole, and her sister, Kristin, where both there. They ended up ordering the strangest breakfast I have ever seen. This was a completely custom made omelette with a whole lot of what ever it is called. Fillers or something?

Anyway, here is the list as much as I can remember.

• Bacon
• Spinach

And that is all I can think of right now. Ill change it when I ask them what they did.

Sorry I have not been posting, well, posts on here. Just a lot has been going on around my house and my school and such. Well one of these days I will post more often.

I happened to see in this mornings Newsday that there was a giant snowman in Anchorage Alaska built on someones front lawn but city officials said that it was unsafe and needed to get dismantled. They finished it but shortly destroyed it soon after. It was a very sad day when it was but at least there are plenty of photos online including this one:

I hope they do it again next year. Now if only it became alive and stomped all over the city official building.

One more thing, the Friendly Drugs website is not located at FD.Bankshouse.org and I also have the Blog page setup. Looks very clean by a few people. Give me your opinions about it.

Recently I have come across the new Volkswagen Sirocco on VW Vortex and I really really like it. It has quite a few engine options and it just looks good. Here, have a look:

Now the next thing they need to do is release it to the American market. In Europe, there are three engine options and two gearboxes. The first one is the 2.0T, which is the same that is used in the Passat, GTI, and EOS. Next two are 1.4 Liter TSI gas and 1.9 Liter TDI diesel engines. The two gearboxes are either a 6 speed manual or a DSG 6 speed semi auto. I just love the look of it. It is very aggressive looking a lot like the GTI W12. I’ll never have the money for it but hey, I like it.

Next, I have setup, for the FD site I have been working on, the wordpress message board. I made a theme that matches the site perfectly with less links and options. All that is on it is the post title, date, post content, and a “Log In” link on the bottom. Simple and clean. That is what I was looking for. It is not on the site yet since I am using all my SQL databases but it looks really good.

With my Jetta, the code was caused by a very lose vacuum line. Today again the light turned on while on Nicoles Road (I don’t remember how to spell it but it’s late and I don’t feel like checking it) and I brought it right back to Paul’s shop. For now it is just turned off. He said that the light might have been a ghost code that never got flushed. I am hopping that is what it is.

Not much of an update with school but I know for a fact that I passed CISCO and NOS with at least a B. Not much could be said about the other two classes, Accounting and Algebra II. Accounting I have taken the final but I do not know what the grade was and Algebra II is tomorrow at 11:40. I have this feeling that I am going to completely fail this class. Well wish me luck than.

Ok, I have gone on way to much tonight. I’ll try to post something new tomorrow.

It seems like I am now going to rebuild my stores webpage early next year. The current page is http://friendlydrug.com. If you look at it, it is very badly writen. The code base is quite a mess, pictures all streched and smooshed, and the stupid menu with blinking words that make it hit of miss to actually click on it.

I have quite a few ideas for it. One would be to setup a gallery of pictures of the store to show it off and update it all the time. Another idea is I was thinking about adding a blogging application and use it more as an anouncment board for sales and notices and whatnot. More interactive site but nothing to fancy.

That was all I could remember from today but I am still brainstorming.

Stuck in class and nothing to do. Ill probably be updating my Christmas list and looking for car parts. I’m happy that ECSTuning is shipping out my timing belt kit today so I should be getting it sometime tomorrow or Monday. He is still looking for what the best plan is to repair my engine. We have not decided if he is going to rebuild my current one, used one or, (I hope not) a refurbished head from VW which would cost a good $2,300. We both don’t know how much it would cost for the other two ways but it will be much cheaper than the refurbished one.

I reset all the cables plugged into my gigabit switch so it all corresponds with IP addresses I use in my house. It turns out that somehow I am using twelve out of sixteen ports of my switch. I did not realize how much crap I have plugged into it.

If I did not mention already, I was going to try a new blogging program called “Habari” but my host, again causing problems, does not have the PHP version that Habari needs to work. I have no plans to switch to it anyway but why not test it. If you want to check it out, the link is This. I can’t understand why my cat does this stuff to me. Last night my cat was was jumping, standing and using me as a pillow on my own bed. I actually woke up with him standing on my chest with his nose almost in my mouth. It freaked me out a whole lot. Than he did this for the next few hours till about 7AM when I woke up. Mind you, this started like 2:30ish AM this morning. He does not make much sense at night at all.

Also, the timing belt cover that I was painting. Yea, I sort of destroyed it yesterday trying to get back into the car and now I have to find another one to paint again and hopefully not break this one.

I am still having problems with my hosts e-mail server. I e-mailed a blog post with something everyone should like about two days ago and it still did not post so keep an eye out under this post for the next week or so. It will eventually pick it up, but who knows when.

I received my new La Fondera a few days ago and forgot to post it. I know, how did I already get it? Don’t ask me. It said like 2-3 weeks delivery when I got it in two days. Well of course the first thing was rip the box open, check to see which model I got, and put it back into the box and back on my shelf. I don’t know when I am going to set that one up but it will happen at some point. The old FON is completely dead. I got the serial cable from e-bay two days ago or something. I tried testing it out and what did you know, nothing at all showed up on the terminal. I was looking up about JTAG ing it but it seems like it is very very hard to get it to work right. That is a future project. Right now I have to much going on.

Krass and me now have a plan, or should I say will have one since I didn’t even give him dimensions of anything in my room, to build my new desk. If I did not tell you, my desk is way way to small for me. I can barely fit my 20″ iMac on it, let alone my second monitor. HUMMM. That just gave me another idea of what to do when this new desk is done. Ill try to remember and post it later on but ill let you all suffer (Like anyone actually cares enough) for awhile.

Wow! This is some random tangent I went of to tonight. I think the 13 hour work day completely got to me. Um, i’m going to just shut up now before I make this a full page.

I finally figured out why my “e-mail to post” system is not working. It turns out that my webhost is having plenty of problems with their mail server. Well atleast I know whats wrong and I hope that it will be addressed very soon.

Update: It seems that right after I posted this post, out of no where two of my meny test posts from my BB posted. I’m getting confused what the F is going on with that.

I still can’t seem to get this to work at all. I am thinking it is my host with the problem but I even tried checking it using OSX’s Mail program, which I usually never use any sort of mail program like that, and even that didn’t work. I am ripping my hair out trying to get this to work so I can post via email. I am going to contact my host tonight and I hope to get some answers.
